Business Outcome Workshop

The Objective

  • Fully facilitated workshop defined to look at the “Art of the Possible” within an Account / Opportunity leading to Business outcomes for the customer and Transformational big bets for the account team.
  • Intense session involving entire extended team on the account or opportunity
  • Uses the Foresight Framework structure as taught in the ADBO Methodology course
  • Customer involved where possible to provide the Account Intelligence pre-workshop and feedback post workshop
  • Workshop can be focused on one main account or multiple accounts.
  • Programme log completed before, during and after the workshop – for both the team and the management
